Joe and I went back to Visalia for community day to see and play with old friends. I did manage to get one of my lucky trades in. Not a super great fighter, but a good trophy.

I found out about this guy from Reddit. I love this guy. A worthy succesor to Bob Ross.

I had to terminate an employee for ths first time today. It was difficult,mainly because I like him and identified with him. Sadly hejust kept making too many mistakes. I shook his hand, wished him luck and told him to never give up on his quest for self-improvement and education. All in all, he took it pretty well, but it still sucked.

I was playing in an official online rated game against someone who was rated 300 points below me. I thought I had understood the 3 move repetition rule in tournaments well. I was ahead by a rook and the game ended with forced draw by the computer because supposedly I had violated the 3-rep rule. I was LIVID!!
